While visiting Denver for a conference, I wanted to explore unique things to do in Denver near the Colorado Convention Center. That’s when I discovered Bubble Planet Denver, an immersive and Instagram-worthy indoor experience filled with pastel bubble rooms, VR adventures, and creative photo ops.
I love a unique, immersive experience and this was just that. I was also beyond pleasantly surprised that is wasn’t super crowded! We went on a Sunday, around 1 p.m. in October. There were other people there, but few enough that we had at least some time with each exhibit entirely to ourselves.
What Can You Expect at Bubble Planet Denver?
- An immersive room with mirrors and digital art that moves around you
- A really cool room filled with pink balloons and a tropical palm tree in the middle
- A giant bubble that you can go inside of and chill on super large cushions
- Several IG-worthy photo op spots and some photo booth areas
- A virtual reality (VR) experience where you sit in a bubble chair and travel through the air in the journey of a bubble
- A huge aesthetic ball bit at the end
Is Bubble Planet Denver Fun for Teens (and Adults)?
My 16 year old son had a lot of fun in here and I was surprised because honestly he usually seems bored with activities these days lol. There were some families with smaller kids there who were having lots of fun in the ball pit and looking at all the interesting bubble themed things. Bubble Planet is a great activity near downtown Denver for kids and teens, but would also be fun to visit with girlfriends!
